General Overnight achieves pan-european transports and logistics for maximum requirements and offers consistency and ability at highest level. Because everything has to work perfect anytime, General Overnight handles inquiries, orders, complaints, claims, IT support and inquiries for the accounting department - up from now - with the powerful and for many years approved ticket-system Support-System from Irmler IT-Solutions. The ticket-system has been adapted exactly to the business cases and work flows of the applicant. Tickets allow to generate ticket-group-specific rapports with bar-codes, for further treatment through the administrator. Beside an extensive interface to the company-internal ERP system, there has been integrated a public interface for customers, which allows to import all relevant ticket-information into the ERP system of each customer. Furhtermore customers are able to check ticket informations anytime inside their well-arranged customers frontend. Beside the flexible possibilities of Support-System for adapting, also the marvelous property between price and achievement of the whole solution acted a part for the ultimately decision.
